DRAW/POINT/SHOOT

A project investigating how photographs could be customised. By drawing illustrations on a 'plate' which is placed in the film gate, the image drawn on the plate will appear on each photograph, the plates can be cleaned and re-used creating a process to produce countless original images.

Business Card

An idea to produce business cards for a photography exhibition, I placed a transparency containing my details over a range of backgrounds producing a range of unique business cards.

Fractional Distillation

A project in collaboration with the Science Museum, to communicate and illustrate a scientific process - Fractional Distillation.

Public Square

A project based around a randomly chosen area of london, my area included the Science Museum, the Natural History Museum and Imperial College. My solution to this brief was a proposal for a bridge connecting the Science Museum with
Imperial College.

I was surprised to learn that there are no physical, and few educational connections between the two buildings. I found the lack of communication odd as both institutes are researching, discovering and celebrating all aspects of science. However, I saw this as an opportunity to build communication between the two buildings and i felt a physical connection would help the flow of information. I decided the connection should be made out of books from Imperial College's library which are now in storgae in Swindon due to the college downsizing the library.

Hierarchy

A project depicting the hierarchy which remains inherent in death as well as
in life.
